It should be possible to use the ClickCount property of the event args!

Could it be a race condition issue? Or can it be reproduced in a simple example?

WPF? Are you implementing INotifyPropertyChanged? Can you provide a simple example project that reproduces the error? Then we can add a bug in the GitHub issues!

I think you need to implement a custom "plot controller" to do this. The standard behavior does not support hover (I suspect it will be add significant cpu load when implemented in the portable library...)

Are you using the latest pre-release version? I think I did something related to this recently...

It should be possible to make this - but I see there is no axes involved (like the pie series), so it is not within the main scope of this library... Please add the feature request under the GitHub issues!
