Signing of OxyPlot assemblies

I just came across some posts about strong naming of NuGet assemblies.
My questions are:
  1. Should the OxyPlot assemblies be signed?
  2. Should they be delay signed only?
  3. Should the (public?) key file not be added to the repository?
