LogarithmicAxis Reverse and axis label by the data ...

first.. sorry my bad english ..

i want this graph ..
but i have two problems..

1. How to LogarithmicAxis Reverse
i tried to set
StartPosition = 1, EndPosition = 0

StartPosition = 100, EndPosition = 10 ...
but .. program infinite loop.
(LogarithmicAxis.cs -> LogDecadeTicks)

2. Bottom, Top x Axis Lable
Bottom x Axis is possible.

but how top x Axis lable.
